Refund Policy

Custom Work & Deposits

All deposits and payments made toward custom work—including but not limited to vehicle wraps, graphics, printed materials, and apparel—are non-refundable once the project has begun.

A project is considered “started” once any of the following has occurred:

  • Design work has begun

  • Materials have been ordered

  • Printing or production has started

🎨 Design Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.

Once a design proof is approved:

  • We are not responsible for errors including spelling, layout, sizing, or color choices

  • Refunds or reprints will not be issued for approved designs

🚫 Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before work has begun may be eligible for a refund, minus any consultation or design time already spent

  • Orders canceled after work has begun are non-refundable

⚠️ Installation & Application (Vehicle Wraps / Graphics)

Due to the nature of vinyl and installation:

  • Minor imperfections (small bubbles, slight texture, etc.) may occur and are considered normal

  • Environmental factors and surface condition can affect results

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Improper care after installation

  • Damage caused by the customer or third parties

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage or surface issues

👕 Apparel & Printed Goods

Because all apparel and printed products are custom:

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is defective due to a production error

If there is a production defect:

  • You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product

  • We will review and determine if a replacement is warranted

🔁 Refund Exceptions

Refunds or reprints may be issued only in cases where:

  • The product is defective due to our error

  • The final product does not match the approved proof

All claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery or installation.
